Conference Producer Required
Conference Producer required to deliver all aspects of the conference for a series of B2B events.
About the Role
As a Senior Conference Producer, you will lead the research, development, and delivery of commercially successful conference programmes across a portfolio of live, digital, and hybrid events. Working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and industry leaders, you'll create compelling agendas, secure senior-level speakers, and develop content that drives delegate attendance, sponsorship revenue, and customer engagement. You'll also contribute to new product development, content strategy, and the continued growth of the portfolio while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends and develop commercially successful conference programmes, securing high-profile speakers and creating engaging agendas.
- Build strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize delegate attendance, sponsorship revenue, and event success.
- Manage conferences from concept to onsite delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and portfolio growth.

Requirements
- Robust experience producing commercially successful B2B conferences or events.
- Proven ability to research markets, develop compelling conference content, and engage senior-level industry speakers and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
