Senior Conflicts Advisory Lawyer

Location: London, Leeds or Manchester Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive

A leading international law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Conflicts Advisory Lawyer to join its growing Office of the General Counsel. This is a key hire within a highly regarded team that plays a central role in supporting the firm’s global risk and compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and related regulatory issues
  • Working closely with Partners and fee earners to assess and resolve complex matters
  • Supporting decision-making on client and matter intake from a risk and reputational perspective
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of internal policies and procedures
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team

About You

  • Qualified lawyer with strong experience in conflicts within a law firm environment
  • Excellent understanding of UK regulatory requirements, with exposure to international jurisdictions being advantageous
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
