Conflict Lawyer – Risk Management Department
We are working with a leading international law firm to hire a skilled conflict lawyer in their expanding risk management department. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to the firm’s partners and senior stakeholders, evaluating complex international business intake, assessing regulatory risks, and ensuring the firm can safely accept new client matters.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal and regulatory assessments of potential conflicts of interest and confidentiality matters across global jurisdictions
- Collaborate directly with partners and fee earners to investigate client relationships and resolve complex compliance issues
- Escalate and guide high-level discussions with senior management to identify strategic resolutions for commercial and reputational risks
- Advise on the enhancement of global compliance policies and risk management procedures
- Provide mentorship, supervision, and technical guidance to the wider onboarding and conflict clearance teams
