Senior Conflicts Advisory Lawyer | Full-time | Competitive Salary
Location: London, Leeds or Manchester
A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Conflicts Advisory Lawyer to join its Office of the General Counsel. This is a pivotal hire, positioned within a respected team tasked with supporting the firm’s global risk and compliance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on conflicts of interest, confidentiality issues, and related regulatory matters
- Collaborate closely with Partners and fee earners to assess and resolve complex conflicts
- Support client and matter intake decisions from a risk and reputational stand point
- Contribute to internal policy and procedural development/enhancement
- Mentor junior team members

About the Role
This is a full-time position within a collaborative environment, essential for ensuring the firm’s sustainable growth and protecting its reputation.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with proven experience in conflicts within a law firm
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, with familiarity of international jurisdictions advantageous
- Commercially astute—able to deliver clear, practical, and commercially-focused advice
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders
