Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a high growth, private equity-backed international manufacturing group to hire into their Group Finance team.
This is a high-visibility role in a complex, global business where you'll contribute significantly to ensuring accurate consolidated results and driving improvements in financial reporting.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a collaborative Group Finance function, working closely with teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting. This role provides excellent senior-level exposure while allowing you to contribute to evolving reporting processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and challenge financial submissions from international entities
- Support the preparation of monthly and periodic consolidated results
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards
- Partner with global finance teams to resolve reporting queries
- Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls
- Provide clear and insightful financial commentary to stakeholders
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within a Group Finance or consolidation environment
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Confident communicator with cross-functional work experience
- Analytical mindset, prioritising accuracy and continuous improvement
- Experience with consolidation systems and ERP platforms is advantageous
