Senior Construction Cost Manager (m/f/d)
As our Senior Construction Cost Manager EMEA, you will lead the development and governance of our end‑to‑end construction cost control frameworks across the region. You will define how we plan, track, and forecast budgets, commitments, and expenditures, ensuring full cost transparency and strong financial control throughout the project life cycle. In this role, you will set the standards that enable competitive project delivery, create meaningful benchmarks, and support confident decision‑making at scale. You will provide cost leadership across all NTT GCDA data center projects in EMEA, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding project outcomes and enabling future growth.
What we are looking for Several years of experience in construction cost management, including responsibilities such as pre‑construction planning, cost management strategies, cost coding structures, commitments, spend and forecast processes, and reviewing contractor cost proposals on major engineering or construction project sHands‑on experience with construction cost accounting and financial management softwar eA strong understanding of the full construction life cycle, from early pre‑design through construction and close‑ou tProven experience designing, implementing, and managing robust cost control systems on large‑scale, complex construction project sExceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, going well beyond traditional estimating practice sConfidence in leading and structuring meetings to establish and maintain strong project control processe sA high level of professional integrity and confidentialit yStrong proficiency across Microsoft tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and particularly advanced Excel for analysing large and complex data set sA collaborative team player who builds trust across diverse stakeholder group sBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experienc
