We’re the @One Alliance—a pioneering partnership between Anglian Water and seven leading industry collaborators: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.
As we embark on *Year 2 of AMP8—our most ambitious phase yet—we’re focused on delivering innovative, environmentally driven infrastructure projects. This includes urban drainage systems, nature-based solutions, and constructed wetlands to create lasting, sustainable impact for communities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a top-performing, integrated construction management team, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Build and utilise high-potential teams, blending skills, experience, and competency to execute projects successfully
- Drive talent development and workforce planning to ensure a future-ready, capable team
- Establish and embed consistent ways of working, including standards, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners and suppliers to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Alocate and manage resources across projects, aligning with senior leadership to meet business objectives
- Monitor performance and track progress to ensure projects remain on track to meet strategic and financial targets
- Strengthen supplier and stakeholder relationships, encouraging cost-effective, efficient solutions
What You’ll Bring
✅ Extensive experience in the construction industry, with deep knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and project delivery methodologies ✅ Proven leadership track record, including inspiring and managing large, multidisciplinary teams to meet challenging deadlines and deliver outstanding results ✅ Expertise in:
- Project planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met consistently ✅ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of building strong relationships with teams, partners, clients, and stakeholders ✅ A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
