Senior Consultancy Manager

UK £100,000-£120,000 + bonus Location: Leeds Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in-office)

About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing role leading end-to-end analytics consulting engagements while evolving a new consulting practice.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining delivery leadership with commercial contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading analytics-driven consulting projects from problem definition through to implementation and value realisation
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships across financial services clients
  • Translating complex analytical outputs into clear, commercial recommendations
  • Supporting business development through proposals, pitches, and client engagement
  • Collaborating with data science and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in analytics or data-led consulting within financial services, fintech, or payments
  • Experience in leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical insights into strategic, commercial outcomes
  • Expertise in credit risk, customer lifecycle, fraud, pricing, or segmentation analytics
  • Familiarity with analytical tools like SQL or Python (hands-on experience is beneficial)
