We are hiring an experienced Senior Consultant

We are hiring an experienced Senior Consultant to join our London team and deliver high-quality consulting services across business ethics, compliance and corporate sustainability.

About GoodCorporation

GoodCorporation is a boutique business ethics, compliance and corporate sustainability consultancy with offices in London and Paris.

Since 2000, we have completed over 950 independent assessments and consultancy projects in more than 93 countries, working with over 250 clients including FTSE 100 and CAC40 companies, as well as smaller private businesses and not-for-profit organisations.

We support organisations in developing responsible and ethical management practices, enhancing corporate sustainability and building trust with stakeholders through practical, risk-based advice and consultancy.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services across a range of business ethics, responsible business conduct and corporate sustainability topics.

You will deliver assessment and consulting assignments, undertake research and analysis, prepare high-quality client deliverables and provide practical, evidence-based advice to clients. You will also support business development activities, contribute to proposals and client relationships, represent GoodCorporation at conferences and networking events, and contribute to the development of our products, frameworks and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality assessment and consulting assignments across business ethics, responsible business conduct and sustainability topics
  • Lead and manage workstreams and small to medium-sized projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, budget, quality standards and deadlines
  • Undertake research, analysis and assessment activities, including document reviews, interviews, benchmarking and gap analyses
  • Prepare and review high-quality client deliverables, including reports, risk assessments, policies, procedures, presentations and training materials
  • Provide practical, evidence-based advice and recommendations to clients
  • Support the design and implementation of ethics, compliance and responsible business programmes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, legislation, standards and best practice relevant to the firm's areas of work
  • Support business development activities, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals and client relationships
  • Work collaboratively across the team and contribute to the continued growth and development of the business
  • Represent GoodCorporation at conferences and professional networking events
  • Develop GoodCorporation's products and services to meet market needs, including developing new practice areas and frameworks and reviewing and updating existing ones

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years’ relevant professional experience in areas related to GoodCorporation’s work
  • Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience delivering consulting or assessment projects.
  • A good understanding of relevant legislation, international standards and responsible business frameworks
  • A first-class academic track record with a clear link to any area of GoodCorporation’s work. A master’s degree in a field relevant to GoodCorporation’s expertise and work would be preferable
  • Experience working on the ground with major agricultural commodities (e.g. cacao, tobacco, sugar, coconut, cotton, coffee, tea) would be beneficial
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint).
  • Excellent command of AI tools in business and how to use them in a consulting environment
  • Fluency or business proficiency in languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Mandarin or Russian would be an advantage
  • Candidates should be willing to travel regularly for up to two weeks at a time
