About Us

At Coeo, we believe data has the power to transform organizations. As one of the UK's leading Microsoft Data & AI consultancies, we help our clients unlock the full value of their data by combining deep technical expertise with business-focused consulting.

Our mission is simple: to help our clients predict their future.

For over 18 years, we've specialized exclusively in the Microsoft ecosystem, helping organizations modernize their data platforms, harness the power of analytics and AI, and make better decisions faster. Today, we're at the forefront of delivering solutions built on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Power BI and AI technologies, enabling our clients to turn data into a genuine competitive advantage.

Why Coeo?

We're more than just technology specialists. We're trusted advisors, architects, engineers, and consultants who work closely with our clients to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Our expertise spans:

  • Managed Services
  • Database Modernization
  • Data Engineering & Analytics
  • Data & AI Strategy
  • Adoption & Change Management

Our consultants are encouraged to think beyond project delivery. We look for individuals who are naturally curious, commercially aware, and passionate about helping clients succeed. You'll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships, identify new opportunities, influence strategic decisions, and play a key role in shaping our clients' data journeys.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work alongside some of the industry's most experienced Data, Analytics & AI professionals, delivering innovative solutions for organizations across a wide range of sectors.

You'll:

  • Lead client engagements
  • Design modern data platforms
  • Solve complex technical challenges
  • Help organizations realize the value of their investments in Microsoft technologies

We expect our consultants to combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and consulting skills, bringing a growth mindset to every client engagement.

This is primarily a client-facing role and will involve occasional travel to client sites across the UK, and on occasion internationally. This may include overnight stays when required to support project delivery and client engagements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
