Senior Consultant – Technology & Business Transformation
Location: UK
Working Pattern: Hybrid / Remote / Client-facing
We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join a fast-paced advisory team delivering business and technology transformation across AI, Data, and SAP S/4HANA programmes.
This is an opportunity to work directly with senior client stakeholders, lead strategic workshops, and shape transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and gather business requirements.
- Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI, Data, and enterprise transformation strategies.
- Support process improvement across finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business development activities.

About You
- 3–7 years' experience in consulting, strategy, or business transformation.
- Experience within a consultancy or large-scale transformation environment preferred.
- Exposure to technology strategy, digital transformation, AI, Data, or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
