About the Role
We have an outstanding opportunity to join our Farnborough/London Healthcare and Risk Consulting team in this hybrid Senior Employee Benefits Consultant role.
As a hybrid consultant, you’ll work across virtual engagements with clients and our Farnborough/London offices.

What the Day Will Look Like
The Senior Health & Risk Consultant will:
- Lead a portfolio of emerging and established clients, delivering expert consulting advice tailored to their needs
- Ensure service consistency, renewals drive, and growth opportunities
- Balance strategic account management with new business development
Key Responsibilities
- Trusted Advisor:
- Be the go-to expert for clients, offering tailored insights
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure renewal, retention, and new opportunities

Market Engagement:
- Participate in client-facing events (i.e., trade conferences, seminars) to promote Aon’s solutions

Strategic Insights & Growth:
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify revenue opportunities
- Conduct client reviews, analyse findings, and propose enhanced solutions

Service Delivery & Compliance:
- Manage the renewal and broking lifecycle, collaborating with Aon’s broker teams
- Align employee benefits strategies with client reward frameworks
- Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare and risk markets, fostering internal/external partnerships
- Ensure compliance with Aon’s UK Risk Management Framework

Essential Skills & Experience
- Core Competencies:

- Commercial acumen and pipeline planning
