Definia | London (Hybrid)
Ready to have a genuine influence on how a consultancy grows, delivers and succeeds?
Definia is looking for an experienced Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping complex transformation programmes, advising senior stakeholders and helping build the future of our advisory capability.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems but is frustrated by bureaucracy, slow decision-making and rigid structures. At Definia, you'll work directly with clients, influence strategic decisions and have the autonomy to make things happen.
Why Definia?
We're not a traditional consultancy.
As a growing business, you'll be joining at a stage where your ideas, expertise and leadership will genuinely shape the direction of the organisation. You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership, play a key role in proposition development and help define how we deliver transformation, advisory and governance services to our clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Influence strategy rather than simply execute it
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders
- Shape and evolve consulting propositions
- Make a visible impact on business growth
- Operate with autonomy and accountability
- Be recognised for outcomes and value delivered

You'll be responsible for bringing structure, clarity and direction to challenging programmes, helping organisations navigate change, improve governance and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Working across both advisory and delivery engagements, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while maintaining accountability for programme success, commercial performance and client outcomes.
