Senior Consultant (Cloud & AI) – Permanent, Full-Time
Employment Details
- Type: Permanent, full-time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid (Farringdon, Central London ± client sites, predominantly London)
- Expected on-site presence: Two to three times per week

About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take a strategic lead on client engagements—primarily customer-facing—ensuring our cloud and AI services create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership: Collaborate with client stakeholders to align cloud and AI roadmaps with business goals, then lead delivery of impactful outcomes.
- Assurance & planning: Design strategies and plans that align with long-term client objectives.
- Forecasting & system monitoring: Optimise IT operations, proactively spotting risks and efficiencies.
- Client relationship expansion: Identify opportunities for deeper cloud/AI value creation aligned with the client’s vision.
- Pre-sales support: Develop proposals for new engagements grounded in real-world field expertise.
- Service portfolio growth: Refine and extend technical offerings based on operational insights.

Requirements
- Client experience: Proven track record supporting large-scale or high-growth organisations, delivering structured cloud/AI recommendations tied to business outcomes.
- Technical expertise: Strong familiarity with one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including core infrastructure, performance, and operational practices.
- Analytical skills:
- Proficient in tools like Python, Excel, or Power BI.
- Skilled in advanced techniques: trend analysis, forecasting, statistical reporting, and operational data interpretation.
- Roadmapping: Ability to translate client needs and business objectives into actionable plans for cloud optimisation, capacity planning, and cost efficiency.
- Stakeholder management:
- Clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Juggle multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
