Workforce Transformation Practice
The Workforce Transformation practice is looking for driven, experienced professionals to accelerate their careers while collaborating with a global team of experts.

The Role
-
Agile Transformation Support
- Lead team- and portfolio-level Agile transformation engagements.
- Coach Agile at scale using methodologies like:
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
- Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

Agile Delivery Roles
- Step into Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner engagements.

Lean & Strategic Leadership
- Support Lean Portfolio Management initiatives.
- Lead client deliverables, ensuring on-time, high-impact outcomes.

Advisory & Collaboration
- Act as an Agile consultant/advisor to industry leaders.
- Mentor other consultants within the WX practice.

About You
We’re seeking experienced Agile transformation professionals with a mix of:
- 2+ years of Agile delivery, coaching, and methodology application (e.g., team Scrum, SAFe implementation).
- Specialised expertise in Agile scaling and Product Management strategies.
- A recognised Agile certification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master).
