Senior Consultant - Agile Transformation

Agile Transformation – Senior Consultant Level

Workforce Transformation Practice

The Workforce Transformation practice is looking for driven, experienced professionals to accelerate their careers while collaborating with a global team of experts.

The Role

  • Agile Transformation Support

    • Lead team- and portfolio-level Agile transformation engagements.
    • Coach Agile at scale using methodologies like:
      • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
      • Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD)
      • Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
  • Agile Delivery Roles

    • Step into Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner engagements.
  • Lean & Strategic Leadership

    • Support Lean Portfolio Management initiatives.
    • Lead client deliverables, ensuring on-time, high-impact outcomes.
  • Advisory & Collaboration

    • Act as an Agile consultant/advisor to industry leaders.
    • Mentor other consultants within the WX practice.

    • Contribute to WX thought leadership, refining Agile frameworks and tools.

About You

We’re seeking experienced Agile transformation professionals with a mix of:

  • 2+ years of Agile delivery, coaching, and methodology application (e.g., team Scrum, SAFe implementation).
  • Specialised expertise in Agile scaling and Product Management strategies.
  • A recognised Agile certification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master).
