Agile Transformation - Senior Consultant (Workforce Transformation Practice)

The Role

You’ll take on critical Agile Transformation responsibilities across:

  • Client engagements -Support agile transformation initiatives and retain high-level oversight of team and portfolio development. -Applying Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) in diverse consulting environments. -Filling key Agile delivery roles including: Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner. -Contributing to Lean Portfolio Management, optimising organisational efficiency and innovation.

  • Client Relationship Management -Act as a strategic advisory resource to industry leaders, offering direct expertise and problem-solving insights. -Collaborate with consultant teams, helping them design and execute Agile initiatives successfully.

About You: Core Requirements

We’re seeking results-driven Agile delivery and coaching experts to join our dynamic workforce transformation team. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Three+ years minimum of hands-on Agile delivery and leadership experience
  • Certified proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Agile, Scaled-Agile and Product Management – Embedded knowledge of iterative frameworks, including Scaled Agile (LeSS, DAD, SAFe), and Portfolio Management.
  • Agile Coaching – Proven record coaching teams through transformations, driving adoption of Agile practices, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Industry Deliveries – Experience supporting clients with complex agile engagements, renowned for delivering real business impact.
  • Consulting Insight – Versatility in adapting approaches for diverse organisational contexts, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Change Leadership – Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformations, balancing strategic vision with hands-on action.
