This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact consulting team at the forefront of cloud transformation, helping major organisations modernise their operating models and unlock greater value from AI, automation, and technology.

As a Senior Consultant within AIOps, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering cloud transformation programmes across a range of sectors. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to assess, design, and improve cloud operating models, combining advisory capability with hands-on knowledge of IT operations, observability, service management, DevOps, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on cloud transformation strategy and the impact of cloud operating models on business performance
  • Conduct AIOps assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities across cloud and operational environments
  • Monitor and evaluate the maturity and effectiveness of cloud operating model transformations, recommending adjustments where required
  • Support delivery of business outcomes through strategy development, service management, agile delivery, DevOps, process mapping, and organisational design
  • Work collaboratively across different levels of client organisations to design and implement practical transformation solutions
  • Contribute to business development activity, including proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, and client presentations
  • Support internal practice growth through thought leadership, whitepapers, campaigns, team initiatives, and offering development

Desirable Experience

  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma concepts, frameworks, and best practices, ideally in a process transformation or re-engineering environment
  • Experience operating as an LSS Black Belt, preferably with certification
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations, observability, and monitoring practices and tools
  • Awareness of predictive and prescriptive analytics in an IT operations context
  • Understanding of AI frameworks and AIOps or MLOps lifecycle concepts
  • Basic grounding in mathematics and statistics for data handling and AI or ML model evaluation
  • Familiarity with supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and other advanced ML techniques
  • Knowledge of LLMOps, prompt engineering, RAG, model fine-tuning, and semantic evaluation
  • Awareness of AI ethics, safety, guardrails, compliance, and optimisation considerations
  • Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code
  • Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including core services across compute, storage, networking, and security
