Senior Consultant – AWS Practice | Mastek (UK)
We’re Hiring: Senior Consultant—join Mastek’s AWS Practice to drive cloud transformation and emerging technologies like GenAI.
About the Role
If you’re passionate about AWS, cloud modernisation, and transforming public and private sector programmes, this opportunity is for you. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll shape consulting-led solutions while growing Mastek’s AWS Practice through strategic engagement, innovation, and partnership.
Responsibilities
- Guide the growth of Mastek’s AWS consulting and align with AWS strategic partnerships
- Lead and design engagements in migration, modernisation, GenAI, and FinOps
- Contribute bid strategies, solution designs, and transformative customer workshops
- Develop reusable frameworks, go-to-market (GTM) assets, and scalable offerings
- Collaborate closely with AWS teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Support organisation capability-building, certifications, and AWS adoption projects

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AWS consulting, cloud engineering, or architecture
- Hands-on expertise in:
- AWS cloud migration and modernisation strategies (e.g., Microsoft Azure Platform (MAP), Financial Operations (FinOps))
- Pre-sales, proposal writing, or stakeholder engagement
- Experience within the AWS Partner Network (APN) or MAP program
- Strong consistent track record in delivering high-impact results
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business case presentation skills

Nice-to-Have
- AWS Certifications (are a strong advantage)
- Experience within public sector or financial services (FS) domains
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Amazon Q or AWS Transform solutions
