So we combine data-driven analysis, deep industry expertise, and real-world execution to support companies worldwide in translating their sustainability ambitions into concrete outcomes, helping them innovate, build resilience, and contribute meaningfully to global climate and sustainability goals.
Our Sustainable Transition team delivers tangible, sustainable improvements in the value chain, reducing risks and impacts while enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness.
About This Role
This role sits within our Building Performance and Resilience team—a part of our Sustainable Transition (Delivery) group. We work with market-leading commercial real estate organizations to develop innovative global carbon reduction strategies. Our clients include building owners, real estate investors, and developers, and our team’s service acts on clients’ strategic sustainability aspirations, breaking them down into implementable carbon/energy/adaptation action plans and projects.
As a Senior Consultant, you will bring experienced capability and leadership to the technical management and delivery of complex energy management and building optimisation projects for Bip.Verco’s clients. You will work directly with clients—primarily in Real Estate—to turn their sustainability aims into reality through site audits, monitoring, and proposing short-term data-driven solutions to optimise efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
