About the Role
We are currently recruiting Management Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team. In a fast-changing world of disruption, our experts help clients implement bold solutions and address pressing challenges effectively.
Our Advisory team is renowned for its outstanding talent. Beyond deep expertise in core consulting disciplines (such as Procurement & Supply Chain, Capital Programmes, Investment, Asset Strategy, Sustainability, People & Change, and Digital Transformation) and/or across Industries (including Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and Real Estate & Development), we seek candidates who can:
- Demonstrate a strong intellect and ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
- Bring innovative and creative solutions to deliver lasting value for our clients.
- Understand how built assets impact organisational performance—ensuring every programme delivers meaningful outcomes.

Key Role Accountabilities
- Visioning and strategy development
- Performing diagnostic organisational assessments and strategic planning
- Designing and implementing tailored solutions
- Managing stakeholders, communication, and engagement
- Articulating, managing, and realising benefits from interventions
- Delivering an exceptional client experience—from project mobilisation to handover, focusing on:
- Deep understanding of client needs
- Building lasting relationships
- Honouring commitments with precision
- Leading workstreams, supporting employee well-being, capability development, and nurturing a high-performing, inclusive culture on projects
- Acting as an active contributor to capability communities, supporting the evolution of methodologies and toolkits
- Supporting proposition development, pursuits, and sales strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong expertise in one or more core capabilities and/or industries (as outlined above).
- A sharp intellect, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and talent for cocreating game-changing client solutions.
- Passion for driving innovative thinking to achieve meaningful, sustainable results.
