BearingPoint is one of Europe’s leading independent, partner led technology services and business consulting organisations and a highly regarded strategic partner for our clients. This is a great opportunity to join BearingPoint at a pivotal moment of growth and investment and be part of a community of like-minded consultants. We are proud to operate as a “boutique style” cohort of inspired and passionate experts in our field with focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Change Management to join our People & Strategy team.

In this role, you will play a key part in leading and delivering change management workstreams within complex business and technology transformation programmes. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of change delivery across defined areas of large-scale programmes, while also contributing to the continued growth of our Change Management capability in the UK.

The Person

We are looking for someone who combines strong consulting experience and has delivered end-to-end change within business transformation programmes. You will be comfortable leading a change workstream or acting as a Business Change Manager within a wider programme, with responsibility for shaping the approach, managing delivery, and leading small teams.

  • Proven experience delivering change within private and public sector organisations, ideally across large-scale business or technology-enabled transformations
  • A strong track record of leading change management workstreams, with accountability for planning, execution, and outcomes within a broader programme
  • Experience operating as a Business Change Manager or leading a small team, including direct line management responsibility and ongoing development of team members
  • Strong grounding in recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR), with the ability to apply these pragmatically in complex environments
  • Experience across core change disciplines including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training, and benefits realisation
  • The ability to translate programme objectives into structured, deliverable change plans, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence working closely with senior client stakeholders
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, evolving programme environments
  • An interest in contributing to capability growth, including supporting methodology development and mentoring junior consultants

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
