Senior Consultant - Change Management
BearingPoint is one of Europe’s leading independent, partner led technology services and business consulting organisations and a highly regarded strategic partner for our clients.
This is a great opportunity to join BearingPoint at a pivotal moment of growth and investment and be part of a community of like-minded consultants. We are proud to operate as a “boutique style” cohort of inspired and passionate experts in our field with focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer success.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Change Management to join our People & Strategy team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping, nurturing, and growing our Change Management capability across the UK practice. You will thrive in this role if you have:

Proven consulting experience gained within a professional services environment or in-house, with a track record of delivering value to clients and working confidently in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
