Description of Role:
- Attending multiple workshops in a day and capturing the change impacts across all user groups using Change Impact Analysis templates
- Liaising with the client Subject Matter Experts and the technology vendors to clarify change impacts between workshops
- Identifying the most appropriate change interventions and owning the design and delivery of those interventions
- Presenting key change impacts to the Change team and business stakeholders
- Use knowledge and effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
- Managing and delivering high quality content on a regular basis e.g. newsletters; videos; briefing packs
- Running practical Change and engagement workshops and creating all necessary pre-reading and workshop material
- Utilising Veran’s Change templates and toolkit to accelerate the production of Change and Training material

Requirements:
We're looking for people who have
- Experience on 3+ HR and/or Finance Technology / Transformation project
- Hands on practical experience designing and delivering Change Management activities for HR and/or Finance cloud systems ideally including Oracle Cloud, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Very organised and can work autonomously and at speed
- Able to listen to complex and fast-paced discussions and deduct from those conversations the final agreed design and associated change impacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication including PowerPoint
- Experience of creating videos or ability to learn to do this quickly
- Able to simplify and succinctly play back complex ideas
- A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
Communications specific:
- Writing and story-telling ability – distilling complex information
- Expert level PowerPoint skills (or willing to learn it)
- SharePoint/Intranet (or willing to learn it)
- Biteable (or willing to learn it)
- Event management (or willing to learn it)
