Are you an experienced consultant or project professional looking to make an impact on some of the UK's most critical Defence and National Security programmes? We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join a growing consultancy supporting government and industry clients with complex projects, business transformation and strategic programme delivery.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead and deliver projects and programmes across Defence, Cyber Security, and adjacent sectors, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop practical solutions to complex challenges. You'll manage project delivery from inception through to completion, contribute to business development, capture, and bid activities, and build trusted client relationships that create long-term value. You'll also act as a subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and helping develop new capabilities across the business.

Key Requirements
- Experience in Defence, MOD, Cyber Security, National Security or a related regulated environment.
- Strong Project, or Programme Management expertise.
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, producing high-quality client documentation, and delivering successful outcomes to time, cost and quality.
- Experience in consultancy, PMO, business transformation, systems integration or strategic delivery would be highly advantageous.

Eligibility
You must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance (British citizen with a valid British passport and five years' continuous UK residency). Willing to travel within the UK and overseas as required.
