Job Title
FenwayXn is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to join the delay team and assist in the delivery of high-quality, data-driven work products to support our clients at advisory, pre-dispute and/or dispute stages of large-scale construction projects.
About the Role
This role is typically suitable for a professional with over 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry and ideally, some prior experience in delay expert witness work. The role offers an excellent opportunity for development while working with a small team of experienced individuals on a variety of international construction projects, with a focus on forensic delay analysis.

Role Responsibilities
- Managing analysis for work streams within medium to large projects.
- Producing written sections for reports, draws meaningful conclusions from analysis, and clear presentation of findings.
- Managing the day-to-day workflow and tasks of team members.
- Presentation of findings externally through oral and written communication.
- Assisting with project budgets and timelines.
- Mentoring and guiding more junior team members.
- Assisting with the preparation of internal training material and presentations on lessons learnt and relevant knowledge and expertise.
- Regularly attending social client events, seminars, and lectures to help build contacts and knowledge within the industry.

Qualifications Required
- Degree level education in a construction-related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying).
- Typically over 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry and ideally, some prior experience in delay expert witness work (International experience is preferable).
- Relevant industry certifications or professional accreditations are an advantage (e.g., pursuing professional membership with an industry body).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
