Senior Consultant – Health & Safety

ERM is looking for an ambitious and passionate EHS Consultant to join our team in London.

In this role you will be seconded full-time (5 days per week) into a pioneering technology organisation. With a strong foundation in cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and advanced engineering, the company is delivering innovative technology solutions at scale. Known for its commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainability, it offers a collaborative environment where talented individuals can make a tangible impact in a fast-evolving technology sector.

The role will be based across two client sites in London but will span operations across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and therefore also comes with opportunity for travel (approx. 10-20%).

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting the delivery of EHS activities through site inspections, walkarounds, and observations.
  • Identifying potential hazards and raise actions to support risk reduction.
  • Assisting with audits and basic risk assessments across site activities.
  • Supporting monitoring of construction safety, general workplace safety, and hygiene-related risks (e.g. noise, chemical handling).
  • Collecting and record site information, including observations and supporting data.
  • Preparing clear and concise reports based on site findings.
  • Working with site teams to support implementation of practical safety improvements.
  • Supporting compliance with UK health and safety requirements and internal procedures

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
