About the Position
We are currently seeking a full time EHS Senior Consultant for an EHS consulting operation based in the United Kingdom.
As an EHS Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role within our expanding EHS Team. Your primary responsibilities will be supporting multinational clients across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, food & beverage, bio-pharma, and chemical, in the development, implementation and management of their global EHS programs. This role will have a particular focus on training development, where you will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive educational initiatives to build workforce competency and safety culture. Your expertise in areas such as EHS Regulatory Compliance, OHSMS Management Systems (ISO 45001), Written Program Development, Ergonomics, and Industrial Hygiene will also be invaluable.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, Environmental or related field
- 3-5 years of applicable EHS experience
- NEBOSH Diploma or General Certificate (or similar) in health and safety. Consideration may be given to appropriate industry experience in lieu of formal health and safety qualifications
- Ergonomics/DSE Certification and experience is desired
- Demonstrated experience in EHS inspection, compliance, auditing, permitting, and reporting
- Must have a strong desire to interface with multiple clients and stakeholders. Additionally, must be able to take direction and coaching from both clients and team members
- Must have understanding of the application of EHS legislation, guidance, and standards and their applicability. Further understanding of international health & safety regulations is a plus
- Excellent management, planning, organizational skills, and effective time management are a must
- Membership of relevant professional body preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our EHS consulting operation in the United Kingdom is supported by our sister company, Antea Group USA.
This position will be a hybrid role, with travel required to Antea Group offices or client premises in the United Kingdom. Some project locations will require overnight travel (up to 25%). The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
