Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic transformation and operating model initiatives
  • Analyse business processes, governance, and operational challenges
  • Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs)
  • Work on strategic, operational, and digital transformation programmes
  • Translate data and analysis into tactical business recommendations
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships within client organisations
  • Support business development, proposals, and research initiatives

Requirements

The perfect candidate will have:

🔹 2-5 years of core management consulting experience in Financial Services, ideally in a boutique or high-growth environment 🔹 Proven end-to-end transformation delivery—strategic change, digital transformation, or automation projects 🔹 Hands-on expertise in TOM design and process analysis 🔹 A execution-driven consulting profile, not PMO/governance-heavy 🔹 Generalist background with strategic/operational change experience (not technical implementers) 🔹 Broad exposure to change and strategy (not narrowly focused on regulatory change or financial crime) 🔹 Exceptional communication skills and senior stakeholder management capability 🔹 Commercial mindset and ownership mentality 🔹 Agility to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
