Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end UKG Pro implementation and configuration engagements across workforce management modules. You will act as a subject matter expert in Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring solutions align with business, HR, and payroll requirements.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to design and implement workflows, rules, policies, and integrations, translate complex business needs into scalable UKG Pro solutions, and resolve advanced functional and technical issues. In addition, you will guide project teams, contribute to technical documentation, support user training, and ensure successful system adoption while driving continuous improvement and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies.
- Good Understanding in UKG Pro implementation.
- Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects.
- Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues.
- Experience with integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into UKG Pro configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.

Required
Should have minimum 8-10 years of experience with UKG Pro (or similar workforce management systems).
Preferred
- Experience in Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions Implementation and Migrations with Dell Boomi expertise.
- Knowledge of modules like Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Global Time Off, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices.
- Experience in configuring Pay rules, Work rules, Labor Level Transfers, Adjustment Rules and Wages, Exceptions, Holiday Profiles, Holiday Credit Rules.
- Experience in technical development and support of Interfaces with Dell Boomi knowledge.
