About the Role: Senior Consultant
This is your opportunity to leverage your negotiation background in a high-impact role.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll:
- Deliver powerful, behaviour-based negotiation workshops to senior professionals and C-suite leaders (frequent travel and time away from home is part of the experience).
- Coach and mentor clients post-workshop, guiding them through real-life negotiations.
- Build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, drive business development, and help grow commercial accounts.
- Hear repeated feedback that sessions "changed the course of someone’s career" or "transformed the way a team thinks."
