We pride ourselves on hands‑on delivery, senior client engagement, and practical outcomes.The Role We are looking for a Senior Consultant with an Operations specialism to support complex client engagements across investment operations, platform change, and operating model transformation.This role is firmly rooted in change and transformation delivery and is suited to candidates with hands‑on experience working on programmes or projects that deliver operational, platform, or organisational change. It blends consulting delivery, business analysis, and solution design, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with clients to define requirements, shape solutions, and support successful implementation within demanding asset and wealth management environments.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & ConsultingDeliver consulting engagements across asset and wealth management operations, supporting change and transformation initiatives across the operating model, processes, controls, and platforms Contribute to project‑based delivery across the end‑to‑end operations lifecycle, including: Transaction processing and operational workflowsReconciliations, pricing, valuations, and exception managementPost‑trade, risk, and control environmentsOutsourcing arrangements and third‑party service provider oversightSupport the design and delivery of: Target operating models (TOMs)Process improvements and control frameworksInvestment operations and platform‑led transformation initiativesAct as a day‑to‑day client contact, building credibility with Operations, Technology, and Investment stakeholdersBusiness Analysis & Solution DesignOwn requirements gathering and documentation for complex initiatives, including: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)Functional and solution design artefactsImpact assessments for change and enhancement requestsTranslate business and operational needs into implementable solutionsSupport client walkthroughs, clarification sessions, and solution validation throughout implementationPractice DevelopmentContribute to the development and evolution of Citisoft's practice areas, including investment, data, operations and distribution. Share expertise through internal knowledge‑sharing, including templates and lessons learned from client engagementsParticipate in internal forums, working groups, and initiatives that strengthen delivery quality and consistency across the businessSupport continuous improvement of methodologies, standards, and ways of workingRequired Experience8- 12+ years' experience in asset or investment management consulting, industry roles, or delivery‑focused change programmesStrong understanding of middle‑office operations within asset/wealth managementProven experience in: Business analysis and requirements managementSolution design and delivery enablementWorking across business, operations, and technology teamsExposure to asset management platforms or service providers (e.g. OMS/EMS, IBOR/ABOR, custody, fund administration, data platforms) is highly desirableConfident engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in structured governance environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing client‑ready deliverablesWhat We OfferAt Citisoft, we believe in sharing the value we create together.
