Your Role
Join our Workforce Transformation team and help reshape the future of work for global organisations. You’ll:
- Lead and support the delivery of complex business transformation projects.
- Model our values and behaviours while coaching and developing junior team members.
- Design and implement innovative learning frameworks and strategies aligned with:
- Evolving organisational goals.
- Shifting skills requirements.
- Employee expectations and needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, your expertise will cover:
- Skills and Learning Frameworks
- Developing and applying expertise in skills assessments, learning strategy, and needs analysis.
- Learning Technology Solutions
- Identifying, overseeing, and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Managing content, costs, and licensing for L&D initiatives.
- Strategic Alignment
- Partnering with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with ** organisational strategies**.
- Supporting the integration of learning frameworks into HR systems.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of clients’ learning functions.
- Driving innovative solutions, including leveraging AI for learning content creation and delivery.
- Industry Trends
- Staying ahead of learning and workforce trends, particularly AI-driven personalisation and adaptive learning.
- Business Growth Opportunities
- Contributing to:
- Proposals, RFPs, and bids for client engagements.
- Proposition development and client pitch contributions.
- Internal initiatives (e.g., campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development).
- Collaborative events like team-building and operational workshops.

Your Profile
We’re looking for a rsed business and technology professional with a proven track record in consulting—either within a global consultancy firm or in an industry role with a consulting background. Your profile should demonstrate:
- Analytical and Strategic Mindset
- Experience in matrixed organisations and the ability to enlist stakeholder support for consulting solutions.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Skills in building exceptional working relationships with clients and teams, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
- Proposition & Delivery Expertise
- Hands-on experience in building and executing consulting propositions.
- Learning and Workforce Passion
- Deep knowledge of learning and workforce trends—with a specific interest in AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to ideate innovative, industry-leading learning frameworks for clients.
