About the Company
Yibi Group is a premium OEM/ODM manufacturer and strategic partner for global luxury brands, specialising in luxury leather goods hardware and precision metal components. With advanced manufacturing capabilities in China, including precision machining, MIM and surface finishing technologies, Yibi supports luxury brands from product development and sampling to high-quality production. We are seeking an experienced industry expert to support our UK market expansion and strengthen partnerships with luxury leather goods brands.
About the Role
Based in London, this part-time/remote role is designed for a senior professional with deep expertise in luxury leather goods hardware development, sourcing and supplier management. You will act as a strategic advisor and business development partner, helping Yibi identify new opportunities, build relationships with luxury brands and provide professional insights into product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK luxury leather goods market.
- Build relationships with luxury brands, designers, product teams and sourcing professionals.
- Support client communication on hardware development, sourcing and manufacturing feasibility.
- Provide industry insights on leather goods trends, product requirements and supply chain expectations.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and business development activities.
- Bridge communication between European clients and Yibi’s China-based manufacturing teams.
Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in luxury leather goods hardware, product development, sourcing or supplier management.
- Experience working with leading luxury brands is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of leather goods hardware development, metal materials, manufacturing processes and supply chains.
- Established network within the UK luxury fashion or leather goods industry.
- Strong business development, communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.
- Based in the UK (London preferred).
