Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant – Public Sector Procurement
England & Scotland (Hybrid) | £55,000–£85,000 + Excellent Package

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing procurement consultancy, supporting some of the UK’s largest and most complex public sector organisations.
With multiple positions open at both Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant levels, this is the perfect time to join a consultancy investing heavily in its people, clients, and long-term growth.
As part of the team, successful candidates will work alongside highly regarded procurement professionals, leading strategic procurement projects that deliver real impact across major public sector programmes. Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end procurement and commercial projects across major public sector clients
- Managing complex sourcing exercises, procurement strategies, and commercial negotiations
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and serving as a strategic procurement advisor
- Delivering tangible commercial outcomes across large-scale transformation and infrastructure programmes
- Supporting the development of client accounts and contributing to the growth of the procurement practice

Requirements
- Procurement consulting experience within the public sector
- Expertise in Construction, Healthcare, or Indirect Procurement categories
- Strong knowledge of UK public procurement legislation and procurement best practice
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- A proactive, commercially minded consultant seeking to progress within a growing consultancy environment
