Join us in driving purposeful transformation—informed by science and data, superpowered by creativity and design, underpinned by technology.
Your Role
As a Digital Solution Architect, you’ll focus on architecting end-to-end solutions for our clients’ digital needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design of IT services, ensuring digital solutions meet business and user demands while adhering to architecture standards and patterns.
- Work with Agile Scrum teams and product design groups to provide hands-on technical leadership and support for rapid development.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and clients to prototype, test, and deliver viable solutions.
- Drive cost-effective, user-centric designs that enhance digital footprints, increase transaction completion, and align with KPIs.
- Translate technical features into business value while addressing risks, governance, and user experience.
AI-Enabled Architecture Focus
Your work will increasingly involve designing AI and automation solutions, including:
- Identifying AI adoption opportunities in digital services (e.g., LLM-based assistants, prediction, classification).
- Architecting AI solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), multi-agent orchestration, vector search, prompt chaining, and model fine-tuning.
- Prototyping AI concepts through MVPs, cloud-native AI services, or open-source models.
- Evaluating risks, limitations, and trade-offs of AI (e.g., grounding, guardrails, system prompts) and designing mitigation strategies.
- Assisting clients in understanding the business value of AI, including organisational, data, and process changes required for adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
