Lead the Future of Supply Chain This isn’t a typical consulting role. At TMX, you’ll be working at the centre of complex, high-impact supply chain transformations, shaping how some of the most sophisticated operations in the market are designed, optimised and delivered.

From large-scale distribution networks to automation-led facilities, you’ll work directly with clients to solve real problems, not just build slides. The focus is on outcomes, improving performance, reducing cost and delivering solutions that actually get implemented.

You’ll operate across multiple engagements, working alongside experienced teams while taking ownership of key workstreams and building credibility with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For • Lead delivery of supply chain and logistics consulting engagements • Diagnose operational challenges and identify practical improvement opportunities • Model solution options across networks, operations and systems • Build clear, commercially sound business cases • Turn analysis into actionable client recommendations • Deliver high-quality outputs, on time • Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations • Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions • Own workstreams across multiple concurrent projects • Work closely with TMX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions • Support proposals and contribute to business development • Improve TMX tools, methods and ways of working • Help build team capability and performance • Represent TMX through strong delivery and client engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
