Job Title: Senior Consultant: Tagetik
Location: UK
Henderson Drake is working with a specialist finance technology consultancy to find a Senior Tagetik Consultant with the delivery experience and finance process knowledge to take on complex, end-to-end implementations across a varied client portfolio.
The firm operates at the intersection of Group Finance and FP&A, working with mid-market and multinational organisations through meaningful transformation across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting. The expectation here is that you bring genuine understanding of what good looks like, not just technically, but in terms of how finance teams actually work and what they need from a solution.
Tagetik continues to expand its presence across consolidation, planning, and ESG reporting. For a consultant who wants to build real breadth across those workstreams rather than stay in a narrow lane, the scope is there.

What you will be doing
- Deliver end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations spanning consolidation, close, planning, and reporting
- Gather and analyse business requirements, shaping them into clear and practical solution designs
- Configure Tagetik applications across data models, workflows, calculation rules, and reporting structures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A use cases including scenario modelling
- Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting solutions where client engagements require it
- Lead and support workshops, testing phases, and end-user training throughout delivery
- Collaborate across project teams to keep quality, pace, and accountability on track
What you will bring
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring CCH Tagetik across real client environments
- A solid grounding in consolidation, financial close, and FP&A processes
- Experience spanning budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IFRS 16 or equivalent
- The confidence to engage senior stakeholders directly and manage those relationships throughout delivery
- Strong data modelling capability, with SQL exposure an advantage
- A consulting approach that keeps technical delivery grounded in practical business outcomes
