How You'll Impact

Holistic project management. You’ll contribute your experience in IT sourcing and cost optimization to develop and implement thoughtful strategies that strengthen IT cost management. Across categories such as hardware, software, managed services, and related IT topics, you’ll leverage your expertise to create sustainable value. You’ll coordinate vendor relationships and support large tenders and RFx processes.

Diverse and engaging projects. You’ll work on varied projects across different industries, gaining experience in both local and international markets. As a tech sourcing expert and trusted advisor, you’ll help shape strategically important initiatives and build strong, reliable partnerships with clients and internal teams.

Collaborative consulting. You’ll manage diverse external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. You’ll facilitate workshops, lead negotiations, and guide impactful presentations - all while empowering our team to excel.

Cross-industry development. Your expertise drives internal knowledge development and thought leadership within our Center of Excellence for Tech Sourcing. You’ll help shape best practices and contribute to a learning culture where everyone benefits from shared insights.
What You'll Bring
- University degree with strong academic results.
- Ideally 2 - 5 years (SC) of experience in Tech Sourcing - gained through IT sourcing consulting, IT procurement, or working with an IT supplier providing services.
- You bring strong analytical thinking, contribute effectively to complex projects, and manage multiple priorities with structure and collaboration. You’re motivated by creating practical, long-term value while building trusted relationships.
- You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.
- Business fluency in English.
