Senior Consultant – Technology Transformation, Technology Strategy & Change Delivery
Hybrid - London or Manchester Offices

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Senior Consultants to join our consulting practice and support clients in shaping technology strategies, leading transformation programmes, and delivering complex business change initiatives.
The Opportunity
You will work across a diverse portfolio of engagements, helping clients:
- Develop technology and digital strategies aligned to business objectives
- Design target operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Lead technology-enabled business change programmes
- Deliver complex transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation
- Navigate organisational, cultural, and operational change
- Improve technology operating models, governance, and ways of working
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and IT functions

You will be involved throughout the consulting lifecycle, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through to client delivery and long-term advisory support.
What We're Looking For
We are interested in consultants who can demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Technology strategy, digital transformation, IT operating models, or transformation roadmaps
- Delivering complex business and technology change programmes from strategy through to implementation
- Organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
- Programme, project, or portfolio delivery within large and complex environments
- Developing business cases, target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation plans
- Working with senior business and technology stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience gained within management consulting, technology consulting, professional services, systems integration, or major transformation programmes
- Commercial awareness, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
