About Your Role
- Lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients
- Deliver high quality deliverables, while working on complex projects, towards tight deadlines
- Engage stakeholders across multiple teams / organisations for technology delivery and business change
- Take ownership and solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues
- Be a trusted advisor to the client on areas of focus
- Assist programme leadership in managing risks / issues and in managing the delivery
- Mentor and direct efforts within the project delivery team
- Contribute to firm development and practice development initiative, e.g. innovation and learning
- Support leadership team on bids and pursuits

Requirements
- Experience within the Utilities industry in UK Market, covering one or more of the following areas: Electricity, Water & Gas Energy
- Experience of working on functional domains relevant to Utilities industry for Transmission, Distribution and B2C & B2B segments.
- Prefer experience on Data Migration on SaaS Platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, Customer Transformation.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
- Have experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Have knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working
- Have experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycle

- Having good awareness of the trends within the Utilities industry and associated technology trends
- Having outstanding verbal and written communication skills and adept at engaging client stakeholders
- A team player, able to lead workshops and work in a matrix team structure
- Proactive and a go-getter, who will assist leadership with firm and practice initiatives and business development
