Responsibilities
Your role will encompass advisory and delivery projects, from articulating transformation strategies to executing the full lifecycle of Workday Adaptive Planning projects:
- Collaborate with clients to develop solution architecture and end-to-end processes that align with Workday technology capabilities.
- Proactively identify and address client process and integration gaps, proposing scalable solutions.
- Engage in strategy discussions, process design, and technology enablement to simplify complex challenges.
- Support initiatives that enhance structural efficiency, financial reporting, and operational excellence across client organisations.
- Uphold Deloitte’s commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting (e.g., in management consulting or industry roles).
- Direct experience with EPM solutions: Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to trier business requirements into functional/non-functional system designs.
- Capability to translate technical specifications to business stakeholders and vice versa.
- Preference for formal certifications in Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, or equivalent platforms.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive team environment; actively supporting diversity and development.
