This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Content & Communications Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate a global communication ecosystem across brand, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging, and social channels.
You will define communication strategies that strengthen market positioning, improve customer engagement, and support commercial growth.
The position combines strategic thinking, creative execution, operational ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, ensuring consistent messaging, and translating complex product information into impactful communications.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communication leader with strong industry knowledge, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
You will work in a flexible remote environment where creativity, innovation, and ownership are highly valued.
Accountabilities
- Own and continuously improve the multi-channel content and communication strategy across product marketing, brand communications, editorial content, website messaging, social media, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and other customer-facing materials.
- Develop content roadmaps, define priorities, manage communication calendars, and ensure consistent execution aligned with business objectives.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality communication materials while maintaining strong brand voice, messaging consistency, and editorial standards.
- Support product marketing initiatives by translating technical product information into clear, compelling, and commercially valuable narratives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO, and external agencies to ensure communication alignment across all channels.
- Maintain and improve website communication quality by reviewing messaging, updating content, supporting landing page improvements, and ensuring conversion-focused communication.
- Oversee PR communication activities by reviewing materials, ensuring positioning alignment, supporting publication priorities, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate social media communication efforts by reviewing content, aligning messaging, and ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with SEO teams by applying content optimization principles while maintaining editorial quality and authenticity.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, emerging communication formats, AI-assisted workflows, and innovative storytelling approaches to continuously improve communication practices.
- Establish organized content operations through tracking systems, reporting structures, workflows, and cross-functional coordination processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in content management, communications, product marketing, or a similar strategic communication role.
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry and understanding of related products, ecosystems, and market dynamics.
- Experience with iGaming concepts such as Turnkey, White Label, Casino, Sportsbook, PAM, and platform structures.
- Strong understanding of B2B communications, product positioning, and commercial storytelling.
- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and editorial skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience creating high-quality content across multiple formats and communication channels.
- Ability to manage multiple communication streams, projects, and priorities independently.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify market trends and transform insights into communication strategies.
- Understanding of content KPIs, social media performance metrics, and communication effectiveness indicators.
- Ability to work responsibly with AI-powered content tools while maintaining authenticity, accuracy, and strong fact-checking standards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and external partners.
- Highly proactive, organized, creative, strategic, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience publishing original articles, media contributions, or thought leadership content is a plus.
