Who We Are

We are the largest global socially-led creative agency, with unrivalled social media and influencer marketing expertise. With over 1,200 people in four continents, we deliver a global perspective to our clients in a time when social media is shaping culture.

We're proud to be a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby and Shorty Awards, to name but a few. Our most recent work has seen us help Amazon Music, Activision and Adidas deliver some of their biggest and most innovative campaigns to date.

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Creator (Sports) to join our team, creating award-winning, social-first content for some of the world's most recognised sports brands. You'll be passionate about sport, especially football culture and have an extensive proven portfolio of social-first work for top brands in sport spaces. You'll have proven experience earning a place in audiences' minds by building brand presence at the speed of social. This is an end-to-end creative role: you will ideate, shoot, and edit entertaining, attention-grabbing content, with a deep passion for sports, especially football culture.

You'll also be briefed to support the wider team in developing creative platforms and social-first campaigns with additional content ideas that extend big ideas beyond campaigns. We're looking for someone who is self-initiating, passionate and excited to own the output of social accounts from TikTok to Instagram with proactive ideas and content creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
