Description
We have a new opportunity for a world-class Senior Content Design Producer to join the International Content Design team in London. Your role will focus on operational efficiencies and innovation through design systems, workflows and custom design tooling solutions. This opportunity is for a clear communicator and problem-solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others.
The Senior Content Design Producer will have extensive experience leading content design projects, including defining and creating clear scopes of work, timelines and deliverables, as well as managing design and motion projects end-to-end, and in defining and building design workflows at scale. The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, communicate clearly, and relentlessly uphold our creative vision will come naturally to you. You are highly organised, proactive and adaptable. You can "see around corners" and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges.
Prior experience within an international organisation, managing geographically distributed teams and communicating with cross-functional partners and external vendors is a plus. The assets that we create span across: design, photography, motion, typography and illustration and having demonstrable experience and knowledge of best practices working across all mediums is essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
