Role: Senior Content Designer
Location: Remote Working
We are looking to recruit talented Content Designers for current contractor opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of content strategy to ensure our clients' business requirements are met
- Create and iterate content for end-to-end services, making complex language easy to understand and complex processes easy to use
- Advise and support content design colleagues and other members of Agile teams
- Use insights from user research and metrics to shape content strategy, and explain your content design decisions clearly
- Be an expert in Agile delivery, identifying the best Agile processes for projects and measuring the success of outcomes
- Work with other designers to create and iterate prototypes
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Run workshops with your team and stakeholders
- Advocate for user-centred design, and content design in particular
- Work with the design community to share best practice to ensure high standards, including attending content crits and writing blog posts
- Ideally have previous experience working within health sector
