Role: Senior Content Designer

Location: Remote Working

We are looking to recruit talented Content Designers for current contractor opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and implementation of content strategy to ensure our clients' business requirements are met
  • Create and iterate content for end-to-end services, making complex language easy to understand and complex processes easy to use
  • Advise and support content design colleagues and other members of Agile teams
  • Use insights from user research and metrics to shape content strategy, and explain your content design decisions clearly
  • Be an expert in Agile delivery, identifying the best Agile processes for projects and measuring the success of outcomes
  • Work with other designers to create and iterate prototypes
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Run workshops with your team and stakeholders
  • Advocate for user-centred design, and content design in particular
  • Work with the design community to share best practice to ensure high standards, including attending content crits and writing blog posts
  • Ideally have previous experience working within health sector
