SENIOR CONTENT EDITOR / WRITER

Reports to: Head of Content | Quedgeley, Gloucestershire (Hybrid) | Full-time, Permanent

Avantis Education creates immersive learning technology used in classrooms across more than 90 countries. Our ClassVR, Eduverse, and Thrive products put students inside the learning – and the content that brings those experiences to life is central to what makes them work. We are now looking for a Senior Content Editor/Writer to own the editorial and pedagogical quality of everything we produce.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our content development pipeline. You will set and uphold the standards for our lesson plans, learning frameworks, and in-experience copy, manage a pipeline of Subject Matter Experts, and work closely with our producers, Product team, and 3D and development teams to ensure content integrity from brief through to publication. If you have a strong classroom background, a forensic eye for quality, and a genuine passion for how great content drives learning, this role was built for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
