Senior Content Executive

Location: Birchwood, Warrington (Hybrid – 3 days office attendance)

Are you a talented content professional who thrives on turning complex topics into compelling stories? Do you excel in a fast-paced B2B environment where your content drives brand growth, campaign success, and commercial outcomes?

We’re seeking a senior content executive to join our growing marketing team, shaping how we communicate with members, suppliers, and partners across the public sector and procurement landscape. Your role will involve creating impactful narratives that position our brands as trusted industry voices while supporting campaigns, product adoption, thought leadership, and commercial ambitions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Growth & Partnership Marketing Manager, you’ll produce and deliver high-calibre content across multiple channels and formats—this is a dynamic opportunity to influence strategy, spearhead major campaigns, and shape the future of our content programme.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, external suppliers, and industry experts, you’ll craft content tailored for audiences in social housing, local government, education, healthcare, and the broader public sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Writing thought leadership content including eBooks, whitepapers, reports, guides, blogs, and case studies.
  • Developing content to support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, and commercial initiatives.
  • Creating and optimising content for organic search, AI-driven platforms, and professional social channels.
  • Managing LinkedIn and other social media content, including visual content using Canva.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns through copywriting, content creation, and CRM strategy.
  • Developing customer-centric content that drives understanding and adoption of our technology and services.
  • Collaborating with customers and partners to craft compelling case studies and success stories.
  • Working with marketing, sales, procurement, and product teams to identify content opportunities.
  • Briefing creative assets and directing external agencies to deliver campaigns.
  • Maintaining content across websites, resource hubs, and digital channels.
  • Scouting industry speakers and thought leadership opportunities to elevate brand visibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
