Senior Content Manager

About Us

Hawk is the leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally are using Hawk’s powerful combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve the effectiveness of their AML compliance and fraud prevention by identifying more crime while maximizing efficiency by reducing false positives. With our solution, we are playing a vital role in the global fight against Money Laundering, Fraud, or the financing of terrorism. We offer a culture of mutual trust, support and passion – while providing individuals with opportunities to grow professionally and make a difference in the world.

Your Mission

We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead Hawk's content strategy and establish us as the definitive voice in AI for financial crime and compliance — producing authoritative thought leadership, driving pipeline, and building our brand with compliance leaders at banks and payment companies.

Responsibilities

Content strategy & planning

  • Build a content framework aligned to pipeline goals, product roadmap, distribution channels, and core messaging themes
  • Own the content calendar, coordinating around product launches, industry events, and regulatory moments (FATF, FinCEN, DORA)
  • Develop deep fluency in our buyer personas — CCOs, MLROs, BSA Officers, Heads of Risk — and craft content that speaks to their real challenges
  • Establish performance metrics and a continuous optimization loop across all content types

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
