About the role
Note that this is a primarily office-based role (~4 days per week).
We're looking for a Senior Content Manager, Multimedia who can shape Zero100's multimedia strategy and position us as the place where supply chain superstars and the world's most provocative thought leaders converge. Top candidates will be talented storytellers and communicators, capable of turning complex insights into compelling narratives. You'll build relationships with C-level executives - both Zero100 members and external leaders - and create the podcast and video content that showcases their insights and elevates Zero100's brand as the go-to platform for supply chain thought leadership.

This role is perfect for someone who's spent years in content strategy or production and knows what makes compelling multimedia content. You'll need sharp editorial judgment, an instinct for what will perform, and the ability to brief and manage external partners to deliver work that reflects Zero100's brand and ambition.
What you'll do
- Own Zero100's podcast and video content strategy, identifying opportunities to increase reach, downloads, and engagement across platforms
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-profile podcast guests - including Zero100 members and external voices - securing their participation, preparing them for conversations, and positioning Zero100 as the platform where the industry's best minds converge
- Develop creative briefs and compelling scripts that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging stories while ensuring alignment with Zero100's brand and strategic objectives
- Identify and vet C-level guests for podcast interviews, balancing member and non-member participation to drive growth and expand reach
- Manage external podcast editors and video production teams, providing creative direction, reviewing edits against our scripts, and ensuring final output meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to repurpose multimedia content into social clips, toolkits, and assets that amplify reach
- Track and analyze performance metrics and use insights to inform content strategy and experimentation
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with Zero100's brand standards and strategic objectives

Requirements
Must Haves
- 6+ years of experience in multimedia content strategy, editorial leadership, or production management
- Proven track record developing content concepts that drive measurable growth and engagement
- Experience identifying, securing, and managing relationships with senior executives and C-level leaders (or other high-profile guests) as podcast/video guests
- Experience managing external agencies, editors, or production partners. You know how to brief creative work and provide constructive feedback
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to identify what will resonate with professional audiences
- Understanding of podcast and/or video performance metrics, and how to use data to inform content decisions
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating strategic multimedia work and measurable results
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of LinkedIn video best practices and social video optimization
- Track record of launching new content formats or shows
