Senior Content Marketing Manager
Senior Content Marketing Manager – TryHackMe
TryHackMe is the fastest-growing online cyber security training platform. Our mission is to make learning and teaching cyber security easier by providing gamified security exercises and challenges. Having only been around for a handful of years, we’ve grown to more than 8 million community members and our growth isn’t slowing down! 🥷
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive how TryHackMe shows up in the world, particularly to B2B buyers in cybersecurity, while supporting our B2C engine and bringing our brand to life through activations and campaigns.
This is a writer-first role. The biggest gap we're hiring against is B2B content depth and credibility: content that earns the respect of CISOs, SOC managers, and security practitioners. Content that doesn’t read like it was generated by an LLM with no point of view. You'll partner closely with our Content Engineering team (our in-house security SMEs) and senior leadership to translate technical depth into thought leadership that ranks, gets shared, and moves pipeline.
Alongside content, you'll own brand activations and partnerships that turn marketing into moments: events, gifting campaigns, roundtables, partner integrations. And you’ll keep our B2C content engine strong by setting standards, reviewing copy, and inputting on creative direction for social, blog, and lifecycle work.
What You Will Do
B2B Content & Thought Leadership (primary focus)
- Own the B2B content engine end-to-end: thought leadership blogs, LinkedIn articles, downloadables, landing page copy, sales enablement
- Develop POV-led pieces in close partnership with Content Engineering and senior leadership
- Run a rigorous editorial process: briefing, SME interviews, drafting, technical review, publication
- Build content workflows that scale: brief templates, review cycles, repurposing playbooks across LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, and email
- Own B2B SEO content in partnership with our SEO and Growth teams
- Hold the bar on quality. Every piece should be specific to TryHackMe and worth a practitioner’s time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Brand Activations & Campaigns
- Lead end-to-end execution of ABX gifting programs, must-win account outreach, and physical/digital brand moments
- Drive campaign concepts and messaging for events, partnerships, and product launches
- Partner with Events and Sales to bring activations to life: CISO roundtables, conferences, customer moments
- Own brand partnership opportunities: what we say yes to and how we show up
B2C Brand & Content Support
- Set and uphold the B2C content quality bar: tone of voice, structure, brand consistency across SoMe, blog, lifecycle
- Review and steer the work of our B2C content producers and agency partners
- Input on creative direction for B2C campaigns, experiments, and lifecycle moments
- Champion our B2C brand identity across product, marketing, and growth touchpoints
What You Will Bring
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8+ years in content marketing, including substantial hands-on writing (we will read your portfolio carefully)
- Demonstrated experience producing content for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, or another technical audience. Generic B2C-only content backgrounds will not fit
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling: You can interview a security engineer and produce something a CISO would actually finish reading
- Track record of running editorial processes with technical SMEs in the loop
- Comfort using AI as a productivity tool (research, first drafts, repurposing) – not as a content substitute. We will ask about your workflow and process
- Strong project management: you can ship campaigns end-to-end with multiple stakeholders
- Comfort working with creative, design, and branding teams; understands how content fits within campaigns
